Private Vehicle Requirements

  • Vehicle must be 10 years old or newer.
  • Clean title and current registration.
  • Valid insurance that meets state requirements.
  • Vehicle must be clean, smoke-free, and well maintained.
  • No major dents, damage, or mechanical issues.
  • Working air conditioning and heating.
  • Four doors with seat belts for every passenger.
  • Must pass a vehicle inspection before approval.
  • Ability to safely install car seats and booster seats when required.

Black Car  Requirements

  • Black exterior only.
  • Luxury sedan or luxury SUV.
  • Model year 4 years old or newer (or newer if required by your market).
  • Clean title and current registration.
  • Commercial or rideshare insurance (as required).
  • Excellent mechanical condition.
  • Clean, smoke-free interior and exterior.
  • Working air conditioning and heating.
  • Leather interior preferred.
  • No dents, scratches, warning lights, or visible damage.
  • Seats must be clean and in excellent condition.
  • Vehicle must pass a company vehicle inspection before being approved.
