I used EK4 Kiss for my daycares field trip to the farm! They had car seats and booster seats for us. The receptionist, Shannon was very helpful every step of the way. It was my first time booking such a service and she was very patient and kind when helping me navigate the parent portal. EK, the driver was amazing! He started by doing temperature checks and passing out hand sanitizer. He drove very slow but still made convo with the kids so they felt comfortable! We are so grateful for your service and friendly drivers, especially this summer during a challenging pandemic. We only suggest these 2 improvements please:
1. at least one child (rider) was reported to not cooperate well, bother other kids, and perhaps not wear a mask as expected. Just a request to make sure your drivers can manage such situations effectively, engage parents of children needing improvement, etc.
2. when camp distributed snacks to riders just before they entered the van shuttle, kids were eating in the van, without masks, which isn't EK policy, or safe for covid. Kindly have the kids eat before they enter the van, or save snacks until they get home.

Definitely child friendly, with competent reliable drivers.  I much appreciate how the team have been able to provide a service which is adapted to our requirements. My family has had a fantastic experience with EK4Kids.  Our child rides with Mr. Mark, who is amazing both with the kids and as a driver.  He is dependable and punctual, and he always has a smile on his face.  The management at EK4Kids is excellent as well.  They are always quick to respond to my questions and requests, and they use an app that allows me to schedule and cancel rides and to see where my kid is at any given time.
