Irene Nankhuni2021-09-24I used EK4 Kiss for my daycares field trip to the farm! They had car seats and booster seats for us. The receptionist, Shannon was very helpful every step of the way. It was my first time booking such a service and she was very patient and kind when helping me navigate the parent portal. EK, the driver was amazing! He started by doing temperature checks and passing out hand sanitizer. He drove very slow but still made convo with the kids so they felt comfortable! I couldn’t have asked for a more smooth and comfortable experience. I will not hesitate to book again!

We only suggest these 2 improvements please: 1. at least one child (rider) was reported to not cooperate well, bother other kids, and perhaps not wear a mask as expected. Just a request to make sure your drivers can manage such situations effectively, engage parents of children needing improvement, etc. 2. when camp distributed snacks to riders just before they entered the van shuttle, kids were eating in the van, without masks, which isn't EK policy, or safe for covid. Kindly have the kids eat before they enter the van, or save snacks until they get home. Thank you :)

Special Needs Transportation
The parents and schools of the students we provide transportation to appreciate our deep commitment to ensuring each rider arrives safely at their destination. EK4KIDS understanding and sensitivity to the complexities of providing transportation to children with special needs has informed our approach to comprehensive driver credentialing, training and monitoring.
EK4KIDS can provide your rider with recurring transportation, or we can work with your organization/school to provide transportation on an as-needed basis.
Non-Emergency Medical Transportation
EK4KIDS provides safe and comfortable rides for non-urgent movement of medically stable patients. This transport can involve the movement of patients between hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, nursing homes, doctors’ clinics and patients’ homes. Feel secure knowing that our drivers are CPR/First Aid certified, have clean driving records, and criminal background checks.
Senior Transportation
EK4KIDS provides door-to-door transportation service for seniors to and from senior centers, medical and dental appointments, grocery shopping, field trips, and other errands. For many older adults, EK4KIDS is a lifeline that provides a measure of independence to people who cannot drive, due to mobility, physical or cognitive disabilities, are unable to utilize public transit or lack other means of transport.
To Ensure Your Rider Receives Safe, Reliable Transportation, EK4KIDS Does the Following:
- Conducts frequent background checks and performance reviews of every driver.
- Provides specialized, program specific driver training
- Works to keep the same driver to the same rider, every ride to ensure consistency.
- Works with and meets parents/guardians/caregivers to improve communication and to provide a service that is unique to their rider.
- Utilizes on-board cameras to monitor drivers and riders at all times.
- Provides car seats, booster seats or safety harnesses upon request (childrens service).
- Assists riders in and out of the vehicle (if needed) and offers walk in services (per request).
- Vehicles can be adapted for the riders needs (wheel chairs, walkers, luggage/shopping bags, special needs etc.)
